If you have preordered your passes they can be picked up at the preregisteration checkin line at the registration desk.

Midwinter Gaming Convention Refund Policy:
We will gladly refund any pre-registration up to 15 days
before the show (until January 2, 2013), minus a service charge of $10.00.
You must notify us in writing or via e-mail of your cancellation by the deadline.
We will not refund any pre-registrations after January 2nd, 2013, except for qualified GM re-imbursements.
