Convention Registration

Registration Volunteers assist the LARP Widows in welcoming convention attendees, community guests, and new gamers to the greatest convention!  Open positions Thursday – Sunday. Three shifts for you to choose from on selected days (Friday & Saturday).

Vender Room

Help assist in the vender room by monitoring doors and assisting with venders as needed. Positions are at selected times due to the Vender Room being open to attendees and the public.

 

Kids Room

If you like to spend time being a kid and playing games, this is the spot for you. Positions are on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 – 10:00pm. Volunteers are to chaperone children who are in attendance for the convention. NO CHILDREN ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 5.

 

Luggage Room

Interested in Volunteering but would like a low key opportunity? The Luggage Room Volunteer is available for Sunday to monitor a luggage storage room for attendees who need to check out late.
